  • November 15, 2015: Notification of acceptance or rejection by committee.

 Submission Guidelines

If you wish to submit a paper proposal for presentation you will need to submit both a short and long abstract of your work here by November 11th, 2015

The short abstract will be used for publication in the printed program. The long abstract will be used by the reviewing committee to decide which proposals will be accepted.  The word limit for the short abstract is 75 words. Long abstracts should be between 1,000-1,250 words.  Long abstracts must be formatted in either ACM or APA style containing introduction, method, results, and discussion sections. Please make your submission using your preferred email address for contact and include your profession affiliation.

If there are multiple authors, paper proposals must be submitted by the first author, who should also be the presenter. If accepted for a paper presentation, you will be expected to present your work in the form of a short oral presentation (power point presentation, if preferred). This presentation should be anywhere from 10-15 minutes long. You will be presenting alongside other presenters speaking on analogous topics. Paper sessions will typically have 3-5 presenters.

Proposers will be emailed by November 15 2015 regarding the acceptance status of their proposals. The schedule will be posted shortly afterwards.

A substantial number of selected papers from this conference will be published in Elsevier’s journal, Procedia Computer Science.
